Always add steam-distilled water to your green drinks. Green drinks cleanse drug and metal deposits from the body and combat toxins.
Add carrot or apple juice to your green drinks to sweeten and dilute them. No other fruit should be put in a green drink.
Green drinks, including wheatgrass, should be part of cancer treatment (especially radiation therapy). Wheatgrass is full of enzymes and is one of the most potent greens.

Contains high amountsof vitamin C needed for healing and energy. Soft fruits that contain very little water like papayas, bananas, and avocados should be pureed in your blender, then added to other juices. Juice fruits with skins on, except for apricots, bananas, citrus fruits, kiwi, melons, mangoes, papaya, peaches, and pineapple.
Remove pits from fruits like apricots, and plums, but leave in small seeds. (One important exception, if you are using more than one apple perdrink, remove the seeds because they contain a very small amount of cyanide.)
Be sure to thoroughly wash vegetables with a small amount of Clorox bleach (1 tea-spoon) in one gallon of water, or use a vegetable wash found in most health foodstores.
Avoid sweet fruits if you have candida or sugar disorders.

Try using fresh reishi mushrooms. Dip in boiling water to destroy bacteria, then puree mushrooms in your blender before adding to juices.
Before juicing, drop garlic into vinegar for one minute to destroy bacteria and mold on the surface. Use only one fresh clove of garlic per two glasses of juice, or you may irritate the lining of the intestinal tract. Be sure to peel waxed cucumbers, and thoroughly wash unpeeled vegetables.

Try sun tea: Place tea bags in a jar filled water, place jar in the sun for a few hours. Alternate herbs daily, each has different benefits.
Always use quality, steam-distilled water to prepare your teas, not faucet water. Never heat in aluminum cookware.
Summer delight: Freeze melon purees (like cantaloupe, honeydew, and water-melon) in ice cubetrays, then drop a few cubes in your herb teas. Refreshing and delicious, even in bitter teas!
For children, powdered herbs can be mixed with food or made into tea. Do not use pillform. Herb tea mixed with their favorite fruit juice works wonders!
Caution: Do not store herbs in glass. Herbs stored in glass may sweat, and the moisture causes a mold to form.

Wow! What could possibly supply more for the body's essential needs?
Remember, fiber is essential to the diet. So, eat at least 2-3 half-cup servings daily of the suggested raw foods, and the rest may be juiced.
